Service Terms

These Service Terms are an agreement between you and Voyages Corp ("Voyages," "we," "us"), and describe how Voyages services are scoped and delivered. Submitting a service request does not create a binding order; work begins once a quote is accepted.

Quotes and pricing

Services are quoted per request. After you submit, we review the scope and send a quote covering the services selected. Pricing depends on the services, location, and scope of work.

Scope of on-site work

• Work is performed by our field-services network: device setup, connectivity, networking (cabling, hardware, network setup, access points), and configuration.
• No contracting or high-voltage work is performed on site.
• Travel fees may be negotiated when a technician is more than 100 miles from the merchant.

Menu migration

Menu and catalog migrations require an existing, downloadable menu file in CSV, TSV, or XLSX format, which we build on the Square platform. Capacity is up to 80,000 SKUs for retail and 20,000 for restaurant; pricing is tiered by size.

Training

On-site training requires a site survey and is available in select cities, quoted per job. Online training is available remotely. Installation that requires on-site training is quoted as a custom job.
