This Privacy Policy explains how Voyages Corp ("Voyages," "we," "us") collects and uses information you provide when you submit a service request through this page.
When you submit a service request, we collect the information you enter, which may include: the merchant's business name and type, on-site contact name, email, phone, and service address; the services requested and related details; and, if you identify as the agent on the deal, your name, email, phone, and business.
We share the information only as needed to fulfill your request, for example with the certified field-services network and scheduling systems that complete the work. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain work-order records for as long as needed to provide the services, support the account, and meet legal and operational requirements.
You may request access to the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email square@voyagesvc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information.
This page is for service requests only and does not collect card or bank details. Any Square account, payment, or transaction data is handled by Square under its own privacy policy.
This page is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date shown above.
